Dec. 5 – City of Tempe Short-Term Rental Workshop

Tempe is hosting a free workshop for future and current short-term rental license holders on Tuesday, Dec. 5 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Desert Willow Room in Tempe Public Library, 3500 S. Rural Road.

The workshop will review how to apply for a license, the requirements, as well as information about the Transaction Privilege Tax.

All current or future short term rental owners are encouraged to register.
